We have a Registered Psychotherapist on staff in the role of a Psychotherapist and Treatment Manager.  The Psychotherapist and Treatment Manager has several roles within our agency.  The services provided to the children/youth in care are counselling, psychotherapy using cognitive behavioural therapy, and the creation of skill acquisition programming.  Staff training in the areas of program development & implementation, and workshops in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Applied Behaviour Analysis. 

The Psychotherapist and Treatment Manager also works with the families of the children/youth within our care that require assistance in securing funding, and services, teaching parenting strategies/techniques, and preparing families for the reunification of their children/youth.
