Student Placements

We facilitate student placement and internships for students presently enrolled in relevant college and university programs. We have a long-standing partnership with Centennial College, George Brown College, Seneca College, and Toronto Metropolitan University. We have mainly supported students in Child and Youth Care programs; however, we would consider students from other relevant Social Service programs, including Developmental Service Workers and Autism & Behavioural Science programs. 

When to submit an application:

• Fall Semester: we will begin to accept applications in May.

• Winter Semester: we will begin to accept applications in October.

• Summer Semester: accepting applications in February.

Application process:

• We prefer Placement Coordinators to provide us with a list of students in advance as our placement opportunities are competitive and we have limited space available each semester.

• Students may submit a cover letter and resume to Vanessa Borges, Human Resource Advisor indicating they are applying for a student placement.

• Please also indicate whether you would like to be considered for one of our adult programs or exclusively for our children and youth programs.
